Art. Nr: 70416
Permanent magnetic chuck 350x150x51mm
For eroding, grinding and assembling small and thin workpieces. The magnetic force is active over the entire surface after switching on and holds your workpiece reliably. Low magnetic fieldheight of approx. 5 mm prevents magnetization of the processing tools.

Areas of application
Magnetic clamping plates are clamping tools used to securely fix ferrous workpieces without using mechanical clamping elements such as vices or clamps. The magnetic force can be switched on and off via a switch, which allows precise positioning of the workpiece. This saves you time and allows for distortion-free fixing, which is particularly advantageous for very thin and delicate parts. Magnetic chucks are used in the following applications:
- Metalworking: Magnetic chucks are often used on milling, grinding, turning and eroding machines to hold workpieces securely during machining. They ensure stability and minimize vibration, which improves machining quality. They also enable distortion-free fixing, as they work without pressure and only with magnetic force.
- Precision grinding: Ideal for surface grinders as they provide uniform holding force and hold the workpiece in a fixed position. Suitable for thin or delicate parts that could be damaged by mechanical clamping methods.
