Art. Nr: 60347
Hand-held lifting magnet electrically switchable
This durable, electric lifting magnet can be set down gently and the magnetic force can be switched on and off at the push of a button. The strong holding force prevents the load from falling for parts up to 30 kg. For up to 2000 load changes per battery charge – charger included.
Product features
- Lifts sheets or steel parts up to 30 kg. Soft release of the load at the push of a button.
- Ergonomic, hand-friendly rubberized handle with 100mm grip for working with and without gloves.
- Soft touch down of the device on the load, no impact on the adhesive surface. The holding force is activated at the push of a button. Permanent magnets prevent the load from dropping under control conditions.
- Optimum load capacity for material thicknesses >6mm. Suitable for flat and round material.
- No residual magnetism on the device. No magnetization of the load.
- Lithium battery for 2000 load changes per charge.
- Charger and bag included.

Areas of application
Switchable hand-held lifting magnets are practical tools used in various industries and applications for the safe handling of ferromagnetic objects such as sheet metal, small parts or metal shavings. They make it easier to grip, lift and transport such materials without the need for direct contact. This reduces the risk of injury and makes it possible to remove and handle parts more quickly than with manual methods.
- Metal processing: Hand-held magnetic grippers are used to remove sheets from a stack or to hold them during processing. They are also useful for aligning metal parts on machines or in fixtures. Lifting with magnetic force is particularly gentle on the material, as no mechanical pressure is exerted on the workpiece.
- Workshop and industry: hand lifting magnets can be used not only for transporting workpieces but also for cleaning and filtering small iron parts from work surfaces or machines. The adhesive force automatically separates ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials.
