Areas of application
The magnetic catch is a locking mechanism that uses a magnet and a counter plate to hold doors and flaps securely closed without locking them. Simply approaching the door closes it, and a short pull is all it takes to open it. The required counter plate is included in the scope of delivery and must be mounted precisely on the opposite side so that the magnet can develop its full adhesive force.
