Product features
- The bar magnet can be installed by gluing, shrinking or carefully pressing it into place. The cylindrical shape makes it easy to install.
- The brass housing makes it temperature-resistant up to 100°C.
- It can be machined by turning to the required size.
- The field lines are directed through the brass pot to the open holding surface, thus increasing the holding force. Outward magnetism is completely shielded.

Areas of application
These bar magnets consist of a neodymium magnetic core that is built into a cylindrical brass pot. This brass casing increases the temperature resistance from 80°C to 100°C and helps to focus the magnetic field and direct the magnetic force to the open adhesive surface, which increases the efficiency of the magnet system. The brass sheath also protects the magnet from mechanical damage.
A neodymium bar magnet system is more than just an ordinary magnet: its optimized design allows the magnetic field to be amplified and used efficiently, resulting in higher holding power and improved performance. These robust systems are easy to integrate into technical applications and are ideal for a wide range of industrial and technical applications:
- Machine and fixture construction: Due to their design, these bar magnet systems can be pressed or glued into fixtures. There they are used to attach, fix and transport metal parts and ferrous objects. The robust design of the bar magnets guarantees a long service life.
- High-temperature applications: The brass pot increases the temperature resistance of the deep pot magnet to 100°C. This makes it suitable for applications with very high ambient temperatures, such as powder coating systems, for welding work or near ovens. In these demanding work environments, they are used for temporary fastening tasks, such as the temporary fixing of covers.
