Ferrite pot magnets with internal thread Ø40x8mm
Flat pot magnets are ferrite magnets that are built into a steel cup. At a size of Ø40x8mm, this ferrite pot magnet has a holding force of 90 newtons (approx. 9 kg). The magnet can be easily screwed in place through the central M4 threaded hole.

Product features
- Robust, galvanized magnet system with a magnetic core made of ferrite.
- Good holding power, which you can screw into the environment using the central internal thread.
- The steel cup protects the magnet and shields the magnetism from the outside.
- The field lines are directed through the steel casing to the free holding surface, which increases the holding power of the magnet.
- Thanks to the steel cup, these magnet systems are durable and more robust than raw magnets.

Areas of application
Ferrite pot magnets may have lower holding forces than neodymium magnets, but they offer better temperature and corrosion resistance and lower manufacturing costs. They are particularly suitable for applications in demanding environments where robust properties and cost-effectiveness are important:
- Light outdoor mounting tasks: For fixing light signs, posters and decorative elements outdoors. Since ferrite is naturally corrosion-resistant, the flat gripper can withstand the weather. It can be attached easily and without leaving a residue, without making permanent changes.
- Fixing tarpaulins and lightweight components: In production environments with high ambient temperatures or where oils and light acids are used, ferrite pot magnets can be used to temporarily fix lightweight tarpaulins, plastic curtains and lightweight components during the manufacturing process.
